The new Hestan Teaching Kitchen made its spectacular debut at the inaugural Food & Wine Weekend with the CIA at Copia. The three-day culinary event celebrated the culinary inspiration of the Napa Valley, as well as the creativity of CIA chefs.
The Hestan Teaching Kitchen served as the frontline of festivities with a series of hands-on cooking classes, the Chef’s Table: California Bounty Dinner and the CIA Chef Brunch Battle. We’re pleased to report that the kitchen and all the chefs performed flawlessly.
This is Copia’s first participatory teaching kitchen. Food lovers had been clamoring for the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and share in the culinary experience at the CIA. Now they have a 9,000 square-foot culinary playground – including 6 Hestan Commercial suites in exclusive colors, such as matador, citra and sol.
The Hestan Teaching Kitchen offers serious foodies the opportunity to cook alongside CIA chefs with the same revolutionary culinary power and performance found in America’s most acclaimed restaurant kitchens.
Hestan Teaching Kitchen classes begin in March. Explore the schedule. >>
