Crown Shy is an auspicious collaboration between James Kent, longtime chef de cuisine at Eleven Madison Park, and Jeff Katz, managing partner of Del Posto. The restaurant’s home in an iconic NYC Financial District building demanded a landmark design.

James and Jeff collaborated with their architects, designers and Hestan to create a custom suite to anchor both the Crown Shy menu and the open kitchen concept at the heart and soul of their elegantly joyful new restaurant.
