The Culinary Institute
of America

The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is equipping its campuses with Hestan Commercial. This partnership is especially meaningful to us, as many of the renowned chefs who helped inform the design of Hestan Commercial studied at the CIA. We are excited that today’s aspiring chefs will rely on the powerful precision of Hestan as they perfect their sauces and soufflés. The new Hestan Kitchen made its spectacular debut in 2018 at the CIA at Copia. The Hestan Kitchen offers serious foodies the opportunity to cook alongside CIA chefs with the same revolutionary culinary power and performance found in America’s most acclaimed restaurant kitchens.

College of Dupage

The Culinary and Hospitality Center at the College of DuPage is a 60,000 square feet, $25 million facility which houses the College’s Hospitality Administration and Culinary Arts programs, as well as Multimedia Services. This is one of only a few colleges and universities nationwide to house a professionally operated fine dining restaurant and a six-bedroom boutique hotel within its educational center. Its programs are accredited by the Education Foundation of the American Culinary Federation, making it one of the few schools in the nation to have accreditation for both food service administration and culinary arts. The custom Hestan lineup in Citra (orange) is a focal point of the school’s kitchen, and we’re proud to provide the students with the chance to cook on high-quality equipment.
