Hestan Introduces First Ever Pass-through Convection Oven at The NAFEM Show, Booth #1200

ANAHEIM, CA, Feb. 9, 2017 Hestan, creator of the most advanced commercial kitchen and outdoor appliances on the market, unveiled its newest innovations in commercial kitchen appliances at the annual North American Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) show in Orlando, Florida, February 9-11, 2017. The award-winning brand is showcasing its line of premium commercial kitchen appliances, including the first-ever Pass-through Convection Oven and Hestan Sauté Station.

Hestan Commercial Corporation’s groundbreaking innovations are constructed and engineered with the chef in mind. The patent-pending Pass-through Convection Oven delivers:

  • Specific design for single-depth cooking suites, allowing access from both sides of the oven with dual soft-opening, counterbalanced doors.
  • Heavy-duty, integrated, low-profile, high-efficiency convection fan/motor system offering superior convective heat transfer, heat retention and overall cooking performance.

The Hestan Sauté Station combines the high performance of Hestan’s patent-pending CircuFlame™ single-flow brass burners with the practicality and convenience of a rear-mounted cold rail and lower refrigerated drawers. Functionality is combined beautifully in a single unit, accented with the Hestan-exclusive Marquise finish and available in the brand’s exclusive color finishes. Several factory options are available to customize this product for the end user.
