“The Pass-through Convection Oven will revolutionize the layout and operations in commercial kitchens around the world,” said Chris Moy, vice president of engineering, Hestan Commercial Corporation. “At Hestan, we only engineer efficient, functional and innovative tools that will enhance a chef’s work. This oven is prime example of that mission.”
Designed for single-depth cooking suites, the Pass-through Convection Oven allows access from both sides of the oven with dual soft-opening and counterbalanced doors. Its heavy-duty, integrated, low-profile, high-efficiency convection fan/motor system delivers superior convective heat transfer, heat retention and overall cooking performance.
The Hestan booth will feature sauté stations, counter equipment, a custom lineup and cooking suites as well. Attendees will also be able to familiarize themselves with Hestan Outdoor products, including the new Aspire by Hestan grill product line, built-in and freestanding grills, and a Hestan Outdoor Living Suite – all of which are manufactured in the company’s 70,000+ square-foot, state-of-the-art headquarters in Anaheim, California.
Aspire by Hestan grills, which will make their NRA-show debut, offer a wide range of features, including an easy-lifting hood with dual halogen lighting, a robust ignition system, a variable infrared searing burner and quarter-inch stainless steel rod grates built to last, but easy to lift and clean. Available in both built-in and freestanding models, Aspire by Hestan features a unique, sleek, stainless steel design available in five exclusive color finishes.
“We’re excited to introduce our new line of product innovations, like the first-ever Pass-through Convection Oven and Aspire by Hestan grills, to the attendees of the NRA Show, along with our long-standing and award-winning appliances and accessories” said Eric Deng, president, Hestan Commercial Corporation. “Hestan is eager for chefs and culinary enthusiasts alike to experience equipment that is efficient, innovative and stylish. Our product line up for this show offers just that.”
