Tri-Ferrous™ French Top

A combination of stainless steel outer ring and cast-iron center ring delivers both maximum heat and optimum temperature gradient. Easily removable for direct flame cooking.

Reversible Charbroiler Grates

Patented cast-iron grates flip to clean the unused side, while the grate design directs grease to an easy-cleaning trough.

CircuFlame™ Sealed Burner Systems

CircuFlame™ sealed burners deliver 30,000 Btus of culinary muscle, as well as delicate control down to a 1,500 Btu simmer. Open burner rangetops also available.
