We are delighted that 2 restaurants with Hestan kitchens have been featured in the New York Times’s 2022 Restaurant List. We are proud to see San Ho Won and Twelve in the annual list of the publication’s favorite restaurants in America.

San Ho Won, located in San Francisco, CA, is a Korean, charcoal BBQ restaurant and culinary collaboration between Chef Corey Lee and Chef Jeong-In Hwang. With backgrounds in fine dining, expertise of their craft, and a shared vision, they opened their doors in fall of 2021 and have become, as many reviews have mentioned, one of the best Korean restaurants in the city.

Twelve, located in Portland, Maine, specializes in seasonal dishes that showcase sustainable produce from area farmer’s markets and proteins from local fish purveyors and farms. Colin Wyatt, Executive Chef at Twelve, states in Boston Magazine, “the primary focus of each dish is an ingredient from [the region], mostly from Maine if we can.” The luxurious interior paired with the exceptional dishes creates a one-of-a-kind experience that only Twelve can provide.
