The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is equipping its campuses with Hestan Commercial. This partnership is especially meaningful to us, as many of the renowned chefs who helped inform the design of Hestan Commercial studied at the CIA. We are excited that today’s aspiring chefs will rely on the powerful precision of Hestan as they perfect their sauces and soufflés. The new Hestan Kitchen made its spectacular debut in 2018 at the CIA at Copia. The Hestan Kitchen offers serious foodies the opportunity to cook alongside CIA chefs with the same revolutionary culinary power and performance found in America’s most acclaimed restaurant kitchens.
Hestan Commercial is proud to collaborate with UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management in equipping their test kitchen. The 159,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art campus is the largest facility ever built for hospitality management education. Committed to providing an environment where the diverse backgrounds of students and faculty enrich learning, UCF provides students with an unrivaled opportunity to learn and work in the industry’s leading market. The Hestan equipment provides students the chance to hone their skills on high-quality, premium appliances.
Hestan is proud to partner with Blackberry Farm by equipping its new luxury resort, Blackberry Mountain. A full suite of Hestan Commercial equipment can be found in Blackberry Mountain’s Three Sisters restaurant where Executive Chef Josh Feathers offers innovative recipes made from the highest quality ingredients. Hestan Indoor will be featured in the new demonstration kitchen where guests can create first-class culinary experiences.
